Software · Consultancy · Advertising · Training

We build the software, market it, and train the people who run it.

Lokuva Tech is a small studio in Coventry with four practices that are deliberately joined up. The engineers who write your system sit next to the people who write the campaign for it and the people who teach your staff to use it — so nothing gets lost in the handover between three separate suppliers.

What we do

Four practices, one accountable team

Most organisations buy these four things from four different suppliers and then spend their own time translating between them. We keep them under one roof, with one point of contact and one written scope, because the decisions inside them are the same decisions.

01

Software Development

Business and domestic software: customer-facing web applications, mobile apps, internal tools that replace a spreadsheet nobody trusts any more, integrations between systems that were never designed to talk to each other, and the automation that removes the manual step in the middle. We work in short, visible increments — you see running software, not a status report about software.

  • Web applications and customer portals
  • Mobile and cross-platform apps
  • Internal tools, dashboards and admin systems
  • API design, integration and data migration
  • Cloud deployment, monitoring and maintenance
02

Technology Consultancy

Before anything is built there is usually a decision to make: replace or repair, buy or build, one platform or three. We look at what you already run, talk to the people who use it daily, and come back with options and a recommendation you can read in an afternoon. If the honest answer is that you do not need a new system, that is the answer you get.

  • Technology review and roadmap
  • Architecture and integration assessment
  • Build-versus-buy and vendor comparison
  • Cloud, hosting and cost review
  • Security, backup and continuity readiness
03

Advertising & Digital Campaigns

A product nobody has heard of is not finished. We handle positioning and messaging, the creative that carries it, and the paid and organic campaigns that put it in front of the right audience — then report on what actually happened, including the channels that did not work. Landing pages, tracking and analytics are built by the same team that builds the product, so the two are never out of step.

  • Positioning, naming and messaging
  • Brand identity and creative direction
  • Search, social and display campaigns
  • Landing pages, funnels and conversion work
  • Analytics, attribution and monthly reporting
04

Training & Enablement

Every delivery ends with a handover, and a handover is training whether you plan it or not. We plan it: structured sessions for the staff who will use the system, deeper workshops for the technical people who will maintain it, and written material they keep. We also run standalone courses in digital skills, software fundamentals and data literacy for teams who are not building anything with us at all.

  • System handover and administrator training
  • Developer onboarding and code walkthroughs
  • Digital skills and productivity workshops
  • Data literacy and reporting sessions
  • Written runbooks and course material

How an engagement runs

Five stages, and you can stop after any of them

The same sequence applies whether we are writing software, reviewing a platform, running a campaign or delivering a course. Each stage ends in something you can read, keep and act on without us.

Stage 01

Listen

A call, then a conversation with the people who do the work daily. We ask what breaks, not what you want to buy.

Stage 02

Frame

A short written brief: the problem as we understand it, the options, what each costs in time and money, and our recommendation.

Stage 03

Build

Work in visible increments against a fixed written scope. You see it running at the end of each one, not at the end of the project.

Stage 04

Land

Launch, campaign, migration or rollout — with the tracking, documentation and rollback plan agreed before the date, not after.

Stage 05

Hand over

Training for the people who will run it, source code and credentials in your accounts, and a written runbook. Support afterwards is optional, never assumed.

Anything we write, you own. Source code, campaign accounts, domains, hosting and documentation are handed over in your name at the end of an engagement. We do not hold a client's assets hostage as a retention strategy.

Ways to work with us

Four shapes of engagement

Pick the one that matches where you are. Moving between them mid-way is normal, and we will say so if you have picked the wrong one.

Format 01

Project build

A defined piece of software with a written scope, a fixed price or a capped estimate, and a delivery date. Best when you already know what is needed.

  • Written scope before any code
  • Fortnightly demonstrable increments
  • Handover and training included
Format 02

Advisory review

A time-boxed assessment of what you run today, ending in a written report with options, costs and a recommendation. No obligation to build anything with us.

  • Two to four weeks, fixed fee
  • Interviews with the people using the system
  • Report you can take to any supplier
Format 03

Campaign sprint

A six- to twelve-week block of positioning, creative and paid or organic campaign work, with the tracking wired up properly on day one.

  • Messaging and creative in week one
  • Accounts opened in your name
  • Monthly report including what failed
Format 04

Training programme

Scheduled sessions for a team, on site or remote, with written material they keep. Available whether or not we built the thing being taught.

  • Half-day, full-day or a course series
  • Material tailored to your systems
  • Recorded sessions on request

Commitments

What we promise, stated plainly

Lokuva Tech was incorporated in November 2025. Rather than quote performance figures we have not yet earned, these are the terms we commit to in writing at the start of every engagement.

1 day

Every email answered by a person within one working day.

30 min

A free scoping call before anything is quoted or invoiced.

0 lock-in

Code, accounts and domains registered in your name from day one.

100%

Written scope and price agreed before work begins. No open meters.

Who we work with

Organisations where one supplier is easier than four

We are a small team and we say so. That suits organisations that want a named person who understands the whole picture, rather than a large agency where the developer, the marketer and the trainer have never spoken to each other.

  • Small and medium businesses replacing manual processes with software
  • Founders taking a first product from idea to launch, marketing included
  • Professional services firms modernising internal systems
  • Retail and service businesses that need both a platform and the demand for it
  • Training providers and employers upskilling staff in digital tools
  • Charities and community organisations working to a tight, fixed budget

Questions

Before you write to us

How new is the company?

Lokuva Tech Ltd was incorporated on 7 November 2025. We will not pretend to a track record we do not have, so you will find no client logos, case studies or testimonials anywhere on this site. What we offer instead is a written scope, a fixed price, and work delivered in increments you can inspect as they land.

Do I have to buy all four practices?

No. Most clients start with one. The practices are joined up so that they can work together, not so that they must be bought together — plenty of engagements are a single training programme or a single advisory review and nothing more.

How do you price work?

Fixed price against a written scope wherever the work can be scoped, which is most of the time. Where genuine unknowns exist, we quote a capped estimate and tell you what would push it to the cap. Advisory reviews and training are always fixed fee.

Nothing is invoiced before a scope is agreed in writing, and the free scoping call is genuinely free.

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do. Source code is delivered to a repository you control, and hosting, domain, analytics and advertising accounts are opened in your organisation's name from the start — not migrated to you later as a favour. If you end the engagement, you keep everything and owe us nothing further.

Do you work outside Coventry?

Yes. We are registered in Coventry and work across the United Kingdom, remotely by default and on site where a workshop, a training session or a rollout genuinely needs people in a room. Travel costs, if any, are agreed up front.

Can you take over a project someone else started?

Often, yes — but not blind. We would start with a short paid review of the existing code or campaign so that we can tell you honestly what condition it is in and what continuing it would cost. If the honest recommendation is to stay with your current supplier, we will say so.

What do you need from me to get started?

An email describing the problem in your own words, roughly when you need it solved, and any budget range you have in mind. That is enough for a first call. Write to support@lokuvatech.org.

Next step

Describe the problem. We will tell you what it takes.

One email, one reply from a person within a working day, and a 30-minute call with no obligation attached. If we are not the right people for it, we will tell you that too.
