Contact

One address. A person replies.

We do not run a contact form, a ticket queue or a chat widget. Everything comes to one inbox that both directors read, and you get an answer from one of them within a working day — even if the answer is that we are not the right people for it.

Getting to the right person faster

Put one of these at the front of your subject line

We would rather publish one address that is genuinely monitored than five that are not. A prefix in the subject line routes your email to the right director on arrival.

01

[NEW]  New enquiry

A problem you would like solved, a system you would like built, or a review you would like carried out. Goes to the Managing Director, who will reply and, if it is worth a call, offer times for a free 30-minute conversation.

  • Reply within one working day
  • No obligation, no cost
02

[PROJECT]  Live engagement

Anything about work already under way — a question, a change request, a defect, a deployment. Goes to both directors so that whoever is nearest to it responds.

  • Acknowledged same working day where possible
  • Change requests confirmed in writing before work
03

[TRAINING]  Course or workshop booking

Dates, group size, location and the systems or topics you want covered. We will come back with an outline, a fixed fee and the dates we can hold.

  • On site in the UK or remote
  • Outline sent before you commit
04

[ADMIN]  Invoices, legal and data protection

Billing queries, contract paperwork, supplier onboarding forms, and any request under the UK GDPR to access, correct or delete personal data we hold.

  • Data requests answered within one calendar month
  • Identity confirmation may be requested first

Make the first email useful

Five lines are usually enough

You do not need a specification, a budget approval or a tidy brief. What helps is enough context that our reply is worth reading rather than a list of questions.

If you would rather just ask whether something is possible, do that. A one-line question gets a real answer, not a sales sequence.

Worth including
  • What is not working now — described the way you would describe it to a colleague, not in technology terms
  • Who it affects — customers, staff, one department, everybody
  • What you already run — the systems involved, even roughly
  • When it matters — a deadline, a season, a contract ending, or no date at all
  • A budget range — optional, but it stops us proposing something unaffordable

Contact questions

Before you write

Why is there no contact form?

A form collects your details into a system you cannot see, usually with tracking attached, and it never gives you a copy of what you sent. Email gives you a record, lets you attach whatever is useful, and reaches a person directly. It also means this site can stay entirely static, with no database holding your enquiry.

Do you have a phone number?

Not a published one. We are a two-director studio and an unanswered phone is worse than no phone. Email us and we will arrange a call — video or telephone, whichever you prefer — usually within a day or two, and you will have a number for whoever is on your engagement from that point onwards.

Can we meet in person?

Yes, for discovery workshops, training and go-live support anywhere in the UK. The registered office is an administrative address rather than a walk-in office, so please arrange any visit by email first rather than turning up.

How quickly can you start?

It depends on what is already in the diary, and we will tell you honestly rather than promising a date to win the work. Advisory reviews and training can usually be scheduled within a few weeks; build work is planned against the increments already committed to other clients.

What happens to my email after you reply?

It stays in our business mailbox so we have a record of the conversation, and it is not added to any marketing list, sold, or shared with a third party. You can ask us to delete it at any time — see the privacy notice for how that works and how long we keep things.
