About the studio

A small team that refuses to hand you off.

Lokuva Tech Ltd was incorporated in Coventry on 7 November 2025 to do four things that are usually sold separately — build software, advise on technology, run the advertising, and train the people involved — with the same team accountable for all of them.

Why we set it up this way

The gaps between suppliers are where projects fail

A familiar sequence: a consultancy writes a strategy, a development agency builds something adjacent to it, a marketing agency promotes a version of it that does not exist yet, and nobody trains the staff who have to live with the result. Each supplier did what they were asked. The organisation still ends up carrying the integration work itself, in meetings, on its own time.

We built Lokuva Tech around the opposite assumption: that these are one job with four faces. The person who writes the integration knows what the campaign is promising. The person running the campaign knows what the platform can actually do this quarter. The person delivering the training was in the room when the decisions were made.

The cost of that is scale — we are deliberately small, we take on a limited number of engagements at a time, and we will say no to work we cannot staff properly. The benefit is that you deal with people who have the whole picture, and there is nobody to point at when something goes wrong.

Leadership

Who is accountable

Two directors, both appointed at incorporation and both named on the public register. One of them is on every engagement.

Director · appointed 2025

Loveth Oluoma Udechukwu

Managing Director

Runs the commercial side of the studio: scoping, written proposals, engagement terms and client relationships, plus the advertising and training practices. She is the person who answers the first email and the one who signs off what we commit to.

Director · appointed 2025

Ugonna Kevin Uzoukwu

Technical Director

Responsible for what gets built and how: architecture decisions, code quality, deployment and security practice across the software and consultancy work. He writes the technical sections of every proposal, so the estimate comes from the person who has to deliver it.

Directors' names and roles are published because they appear on the Companies House public register. Personal details filed with the incorporation documents — dates of birth, nationality, residential information and shareholding particulars — are not published here.

How we work

Six principles we will be held to

01

Write it down

Scope, price, assumptions and exclusions in writing before work starts. A conversation is not a specification, and neither of us should be relying on memory three months in.

02

Show working software

Progress is something you can open and use, not a percentage in a report. If there is nothing to show at the end of an increment, we say why rather than dressing it up.

03

No lock-in

Code, accounts, domains and documentation live in your name from day one. Retention should come from doing good work, not from holding the keys.

04

Say no clearly

If a project is outside what we can staff, or the honest answer is that you do not need it, we say so on the first call rather than three invoices later.

05

Report the failures

Every campaign report includes the channels that lost money and every delivery review includes what went wrong. Reports that only contain good news are not reports.

06

Teach as we go

Handover is designed in from the start, not bolted on at the end. The goal is a client who could run the system without us, and chooses to keep us anyway.

Coverage

Coventry-registered, working across the UK

Our registered office is in Coventry in the West Midlands, and we work with clients throughout the United Kingdom. Day-to-day collaboration is remote — calls, shared repositories, written updates — and we travel for the moments that genuinely need a room: discovery workshops, training sessions and go-live days.

What this site deliberately does not claim

Lokuva Tech Ltd was incorporated on 7 November 2025. You will not find client logos, case studies, testimonials, staff counts or "projects delivered" figures anywhere on this site, because we would have to invent them. When we have work we are allowed to name, it will appear here with the client's permission and not before.

The numbers that do appear — one working day to reply, a 30-minute scoping call, a two- to four-week review — are commitments we make in writing at the start of an engagement. They describe what we promise to do, not a measurement of what we have already done.

Every stock photograph, invented team member and borrowed award badge that we have left off this site was left off on purpose. If something here turns out to be inaccurate, write to support@lokuvatech.org and we will correct it.

Next step

Start with a conversation, not a contract

Tell us what is not working. We will reply within a working day and, if it is worth a call, put half an hour in the diary at no cost.
