These terms govern your use of lokuvatech.org, operated by Lokuva Tech Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16839733, whose registered office is at 168 Humber Road, Coventry, England, CV3 1BG. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

1. What this website is

An informational website describing our services. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or professional advice for your particular situation. Technology, marketing and training decisions depend on circumstances we cannot know from a web page — take specific advice before acting.

2. These terms are not our engagement terms

Work is carried out under a separate written agreement — a proposal, statement of work or contract signed by both parties — which sets out scope, price, timescales, intellectual property, warranties, liability and termination for that engagement. Where anything on this website conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

3. Accuracy

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or continuously available. Service descriptions are indicative; the deliverables for an engagement are those set out in its written scope. Registered company details are published as filed with Companies House, which remains the authoritative record.

4. No performance claims

This site contains no client references, case studies or testimonials. Figures stated — such as a reply within one working day or a 30-minute scoping call — are commitments we undertake at the start of an engagement, not measurements of past performance. Nothing here should be read as a guarantee of a particular business outcome.

5. Intellectual property

The content, design, code, text and graphics of this site are owned by Lokuva Tech Ltd or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may view, download and print pages for your own reference or to evaluate our services. You may not republish, sell, or use our name or marks to suggest an association that does not exist, without our written permission.

Intellectual property in work produced for a client is dealt with in that client's agreement. Our standard position is that, on payment, the client owns the deliverables we create for them.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site unlawfully or fraudulently;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its host or any connected system;
• introduce malware or otherwise interfere with the site's operation;
• scrape or harvest the site to send unsolicited commercial messages;
• copy substantial parts of the site to present as your own.

Unsolicited sales approaches sent to support@lokuvatech.org are not consented to and will be blocked.

7. External links

Where we link to another website, we do so for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, this website — including loss of profit, business, data or anticipated savings. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
